Yes the R lockout works great prevents me from getting over there without lifting. And like I said It goes into R position but its first gear. The rod donor car was a 300D to the rod lengths should all be the same. I also pulled them one at a time to make sure.
FYI I used the 200D flywheel and 300D axle. No vibrations at all.
