Try calling them if you locked your key in the car. MBUSA does not have a simple way of dealing with this. Apparently, there is no such thing as a master key or a way of opening the door or trunk without the key. Who wants to either have the car towed to the dealer (for a fee) or let it sit there for a day or two to order a new key?
