It can be redyed with vinyl/fabric paint. To change from Black to Dark blue it may require you paint it in a lighter primer color first. Autozone carries the dupli- color vinyl paint for like 6 bucks a can. If you want an exact color match search for world upholstery the have mercedes color matched by code for like 18 bucks a can.
