The high pitched squeak coming from the auto shifter is your transmission bushings - mine went bad too and I had to chase that same noise. The noise is first, the sloppy shifter is next. Go to dealer and get the two shifter bushings for $5 and replace them. Search this one out, the procedure has been explained at length in other places. It is a DIY job.

As for the other noise, you're fairly screwed. You need to try and control the noise - figure how to turn on/off the noise with switches, brakes, throttle, drive over bumps, etc., anything and everything you can think of. The goal should be to be able to make the noise occur, once that's done you can work on what the cause is.
