The MB headlamps have everything sealed, sealed, and then sealed again for safety. Those headlamps above look about as waterproof as toilet paper.

They don't always show the back of the headlights, so you can't see the case.
Here's one auction where they show the back side, and they appear to look the same as original headlights.
