What you needed to buy is a reverse terminal Optima, thats what I did and the cables fit perfectly.
I used the Mb hold downs. Because the battery is smaller, I trimed a piece of shipping foam{that can`t be seen} and put it bettween the battery and the second hold down. Nice and tight.
