I have a '93 E220 and recently I've noticed that the engine has started to stutter as I am pulling to a stop, as though it may stall.

It idles sweetly once the car is stationery. I know there's not many E220 out here, but I hope someone would be able to suggest what to check.

Any input would be most appreciated.
