The part I am talking about is not the boots
It is the Resistor Connector that goes under the coil and connects the coil to the plug. No wire or boots , just a connector/resistor...those are the ones that go bad and cause the mis-fires.
They do not come with the wire set unless you get the complete set.
Boots are the covers at the coil for the wires to the other 3 plugs.

As you can see the first set includes the connectors ...a standard ignition wire set does not. I see many guys who say they have changed the ignition wires ,,but they unknowingly have not changed the coil connectors [ which was the problem all along] ......... that is why I specify.
