I haven't checked the Air Force, but I talked to the Coast Guard recruiter. He can't get into boot camp until November. Almost any kind of engineering will require Calculus and sometimes Chemistry, and he seems unable to grasp the basics, let alone level 4. Journalism may be a better fit. If he screws up this quarter, that brings us to summer, and he will be on his own then, because we will simply be out of ideas. Thanks for all the ideas and advice.
