I'm having the same problem at the moment. Have swapped fuel pump relay, coolant temp sensor, air intake temp sensor and ecm with running car. No dice. Fuel pressure ok, no voltage at cold start valve on cold start. Haven't been able to find the OVP relay on this car, I'm mildly worried about that. I have pics, and a reference car to go by. Mine is MIA. Hmmm.
