Oil Analysis: Which One to Use to Measure Soot?

I'm wanting to have my first oil analysis done. I was going to use Blackstone Labs, but apparently their report doesn't measure soot content as such. I talked to them over the phone, and apparently even the "Insolubles" category (see their sample reports) does not give an accurate soot figure (I was told that it's possible to have low insolubles but hight soot).

Since my main goal is doing an oil analysis is to see where soot content is after a certain mileage, what are my other options? Who out there measures soot?

Thanks.
