This is a guess as your description of the problem is a little vague. It sounds like your screen resolution is to not set to match this spyware program. I would think you need to set it to 1024 x 768 or if you don't have that then 800 x 600.

Do this at Control Panel | Display | Settings | Drag the slider Click Apply.
