The light goes off after restart, then if I get on the brakes the ABS freaks out then the light comes on. By freaks out, I mean pushes the pedal back and removes braking power.

I just checked, the brake lights work properly. The fuse box is 100%, but I am not sure where this OVP is.

I never replace parts until I have clear indication and trouble shooting...
