If you removed the 4 10mm bolts the fan and fan clutch should have come off of the water pump assembly. Friction and a small stump of metal holds the fan clutch so you can put the bolts back in. There are 4 bolts that attach the fan to the fan clutch, and 4 bolts that attach the fan clutch to the water pump. When all assembled the bolt heads should be facing each other.

Did you remove the fan after removing the water pump? It is designed so that you have to remove the fan clutch from the water pump before you can remove the fan from the fan clutch.
