For the AC belt you can just cut it off. No problems.

It also shows the power steering pump bolts. Loosen the 2 bolts and then loosen the adjusting bolt as shown. The belt should slip on without bumping the engines starter. It rotates clockwise when looking at the engine from the front.
The water pump pulley is removed by taping it with a hammer or mallet. Be gentle but it does require taps with a hammer. The center shaft looking part holds the assembly pretty well.
