Great! Thanks for all the help. I figured the water pump pulley was just held on with friction once the 4 bolts are removed, but just wanted to make sure there wasn't some trick.

I'm probably just going to cut the AC compressor belt and remove the compressor later. No need for AC.

I was happy to get the other belts off easily because I thought some of the bolts may be frozen, especially on the alternator, but everything moved freely.
