Hengst or Mann are the two most common OEM filters. I prefer the Hengst. The plastic container/gasket on the Hengst filter is much more pliable, and I feel that it makes for a better seal with the air cleaner and lid. I recently ordered an Amsoil foam oil bath filter, on a recommendation from a fellow diesel devotee. It is supposed to increase performance, keep the engine cleaner, cure the common cold, etc... Well, we'll see.
