Yeah, it freezes. It's origin was as a way to scrap-up and extend all the organ fragments then mixed with spices & vegetables and cooked with rice, then stuffed into a casing. So we're not talking expensive sausage. It's mostly rice, spice, fat and the odd portion of meat. It has got to be one of the main reasons our heart disease rate leads the nation.
