Post some pictures of the current configuration.
1. Picture(s) of tank line / prefilter / lift pump / primer pump area.
2. Picture(s) of the spin-on fuel filter / injection pump area showing the 3 plastic hardlines.
From your diagram, it looks like the hardlines were probably disturbed or possibly cut. If damaged, they will need to be replaced, not patched. If the banjo fittings have been removed, you really should replace the copper seal washers. If you are using 5/16 fuel line in place of the original metric fuel line, be sure the hose clamps are not distorting the fuel line into an oval shape. (Better to use fuel line clamps instead of regular hose clamps).
Seem doubtful that it could have been fully restored in one day. By the diagram, I think you would have had some damaged parts which I doubt could be obtained in one day.
