Didn't U report that there was hardly any fuel coming out of the outlet of your IP when U pump the primer pump? That tells me that the IP is not getting fuel.

So your problem is lack of fuel. Loosen the fuel lines going to the injectors. THere should be a slight amount of fuel coming out when the engine is cranked by the starter. No fuel, no start.
