Its strange that fuel won't come out of the IP outlet. Maybe the pressure relief valve is stuck. Or maybe your hand pump won't develope enough pressure to open the relief valve.
One easy way to check the injectors it to remove them, connect them back to the lines and see if they spray when the engine is cranked. It would be nice if U had a spare line so U could bend that line to point the injector up to make it easier to see the spray.
I have injectors with 270,000+ miles and they work fine. Usuallhy when an injector goes bad, it will leak and cause a knock in the engine from preignition.
