Do not even consider having your rotors re-surfaced. Not a good idea on a MB.
Get new rotors, they are cheap. Buy only ATE, Balo, or the genuine article from the dealer. Do not buy some cheapo Chinese junk rotor.
Removing and replacing rotors is simple, but you need some tools and instructions typically found in the factory manual. No the hub doesn't get removed as it's not actually attached to the rotor. You do have to know how to remove the brake caliper. You also need to replace the brake pads when replacing the rotors. Your existing pads have grooves that fit in the grooves of your worn out rotors. Do not think about re-using those old pads.
Might be best to take the car to a reliable MB independently owned shop and pay to have them replaced.
Probably not the answer you wanted, but hey, your life can depend on your brakes!
