Hi again guys. We got the car inspected and here are the results:

1. The car had a front little accident that defected both radiators (AC/Water).
2. ASR bulb is not functioning (Maybe bulb or they disconnected it manually due to a problem with ASR).
3. Rear seats is electrically adjustable but not functioning.
4. The engine wiring harness needs to be replaced. (I guess around one million $$$$$$$).
5. For a psychologically resone I did not like the seller.
6. Poor AC cold. (Reasons may vary).

So I decided to not buy it. Thank you a lot for your concern : ))..
