then my son, slowly released the shock as a guided the mount back into the holes (3 i think)
i think it took about 15 minutes a side.
my son is 19 and he really had to use some strength to pull the shock down.

Yes, it worked on 190E too, but I used spring compressor to tight up the spring first! Make sure that will not fly out!!! Safe is important...
