If you dont have a good saw ( Husky or Sthil), you migth want to punt. IMHO, here the tool itself is a key variable. Disagree WHOLEHARETEDLY with last post re cheap $99 saw. Stihl 310C w 18" bar will run around $375. Guys like me and you will own it until we die.
