My A/C blows cold air and the control head seems to be working correctly. The problem is that the compressor is always turning on and turning off and in a 2.2, you notice it everytime.

My A/C is running R 12 and was 'overhauled' by the PO. It really does seem to be cooling well. I haven't checked the gas or anything, but was wondering if it is normal for it to constantly cycle on and off?
