just a thought, this winter i had fuel jell up. when i pulled primary filter and emptied it it came out like jelly. i left it on a piece of paper in heated garage and it never fully liquified again. . i would suggest replacing both your filters. also if you have access to an air compressor, remove fuel cap and blow air in both the supply line and return lines back to the tank. there might be something hung up on the tank filter strainer. hth mike
