My fan is starting to chirp at low speeds. This is a new fan I installed a couple of years ago. I've replaced blower fans in both MB's I've owned. Is this standard practice?

At least on this one, I don't have to take the whole dashbord out.

I will have to try the ATF treatment when I have time. The chirping is not too bad yet. It is a quiet bird. I have to look at the wiper moter and assembly anyway, it has been acting slow lately.
