front steering shimmy

hi guys, well i have been dealing with this for some time, i have a vibration and shimmy in my steering wheel that starts mysteriously at 65 and is pretty annoying at 70 but diminishes from there. now i have adjusted the steering box, the tires are balanced and the wheels and tires are true but there is no change.

any ideas? i have done extensive searching here. i am considering that i have the wrong speed rated tires (i have T's (hydroedges), a friend says i should have H's at least and the MB spare is a V) or a bad alignment...OH YEA, i have a slightly wider tire on there 205's instead of 195's.

id apprecite any ideas, see my sig for car specs, i have had this problem for years, i thik i have always had this problem?

BTW, i am building a pop tester for my injectors, like the kind i saw here (its a project for now) and i had dismantled a vacuum pump to find an oil leak in it, i plan to post pictures of it dismantled (this is with the front pressed on cover removed, it is an old style pump)
