I'm just starting to accumulate a decent tool arsenal. I'm guessing it's about $600-700. Mostly Craftsman if I buy them since there's a Sears nearby.

For my boat it's pretty much the cheap "Sears" brand or even Wallyworld specials since the moisture/salt air wreak havoc even on quality tools and many of them can't swim. I'm guessing my boat toolbox, which is pretty well stocked with most things I'd need on the fly, doesn't have more than $70 invested in it. For any big project at the dock I bring my home stuff along.
