If it is only the piece that connected to the hose broke, you can replace it. If the base on the radiator broke, you need a new radiator.

The base has two plastic clips builtin to hold the piece that connected to the hose and there is a sealing O-ring inside. If the clips broke, you need a new radiator. Excellent design by the MB engineers,
