Repair Manual
I have that book. It has been somewhat helpful but not as good as the CD or the help here on Mercedesshop. The manual covers many years and engine types so the pictures and descriptions are not always correct for what you have and it can be confusing sometimes. It is better than nothing but saving for the CD would be better. Since I use the computer at work and it is inconvienant to drive back and forth to view the CD I haven't invested in a CD manual yet. I have changed the water pump, serpentine belt, radiator, motor mounts, shift linkage bushings, flex disc, brake rotors and lining all using that manual and this site. Repairs are generally fairly easy and I usually try this site first for the practical view then look in the manual if needed.
