There are computers all over the car, if you wish info on a diagnostic it would be helpfull to spell out the system you are interested in.

the battery compartment was flooded with water when the rain falled last time. Still trying to figure out how the water got there. The PSE pump was soaked in water. I have it dried out and installed again but the interior lights remain ON regardless of if the doors are shut or not, the trunk opener button in the center console has the red light on at all times, and sometimes the trunk doesnt open with the key or the button. THe blinkers when using the signal flash rapidly as if one of the bulb is fused but the bulbs are ok.
The blinkers come back to normal when i remove the PSE pump. I know the PSE pump is definitely the culprit, but I wanted to know if there are any other computer modules close to the battery that might have been damaged due to the water. Hence my post. If not, perhaps just the PSE pump needs to be changed.
