no, this is a white plastic ufo shaped unit that bolts on with 2 bolts, onto the top of the ip
it has a spring inside and a vacuum pipe on top, the vacuum lifts the rod going down and pulls the fuel position either up or down depending on the vacuum, im not usre where the vacuum is created, i do know that somebody tried to steal the van and they damaged the ignition because ive put it all back together today, the surround plastics, and some of them were snapped, which is why im assuming its the same system
