italian made Bosch nozzles are available from Merlindiesel.com in the UK for about $15 each, plus shipping.

EDIT: The Bosio supplier said the injector seemed gummed up, so it was my fuel. I'm not sure I agree. I'm sure all VWO mercs don't have gummed up injectors. If they did, surely we'd know about it? I use injector cleaner in each tank full.

SO now I'm not sure what to do - get Italian Bosch's or use the Bosio's in my wife's 92 300D (which I might convert to run 50% WVO single tank.)

Alastair / H.C.II- any comment on the quality of the Italian Bosch nozzles from Merlin Diesel? Did you know they were Italian?
