I might see one pickup a day, outside of business trucks. But I see countless Navigators, Sequoias, etc., all clean and pretty of course! It depends where you live. I agree that SUVs make an easier target. It's because they are primarily passenger vehicles, a job that can be done more efficiently with almost any regular car. You usually can't downsize a truck, unless its as you say, just used for show. They probably constitute a pretty small segment overall.
