Unhappy Oil line blew - now heavy blue smoke on boost

I replaced a lot of stuff on my 82 300sd, but the oil cooler lines. The other month (yes, it's hard for a man to face his mistakes) my oil cooler line blew at highway speed. We pulled over, 0 oil pressure, oil everywhere (still is). Rigged it back together, put in oil and drove it home. I replaced the lines (oh what fun). Now when I'm under boost I have heavy blue smoke. The car runs fine other than the smoke. The engine 'feels' good, idles great, no other bad indicators. Is my turbo seals shot? Should I do the turbo rebuild that has been posted on the forum? This is not a pretty car by any means, but I do want it for my biodiesel project. It originally sat in the woods for 5 years, snake in the dash and all.

ANY advise would be welcomed!

Thanks
