Quick bump on this post - my 85 380SE won't start. Could this crankshaft position sensor be my problem? It was running fine, parked it last Tuesday night, and it wouldn't start again. I have spark and fuel (I think - at least from pulling one of the plugs after cranking), so I can't figure out what's wrong. See my parallel thread here:
