You have three filters on that car, the only really need to replace two. The charcol filter only works when you engage it and is rather expensive to change.

The main filter is on the passangers side under the plastic grills below the windsheild. Then their is another one on the inside of the passangers side, under the dash.

I don't own a W140 so I don't know exactly how to get at them, I just know where they are.
