I just downloaded and tested the latest edition of Ubuntu Linux (v7.04), named 'Feisty Fawn'. Perhaps try it yourselves sometimes. Never liked Linux much before: always seemed to require a lot of black magic. Not this release: this one is a Windows killer.... Installs in less than 20 minutes, and runs incredibly fast and smooth, and all common applications included. And its FREE.
I tell you, at least for desktops, the days for Windows are counted, Ubuntu is AWESOME. Happy computing
