Its not just manufacturing that is going overseas medical imaging is starting to be outsourced to India, since most xrays are now digital the image is taken and read off site. Now we have to worry about the money we are sending overseas because the profits are boosting foreign stock and bond markets, right now bond traders are trembling because China has 2 Trillion of our hard earned American dollars that might make it to the European bond market instead of our own which will cause interest rates to climb so fast we won't know what hit us.
