I have a Porsche 914-8 (Chevy 327) project and overheating is an issue. I am trying to debug the cooling system, and I am trying to find sensors that can be surface mounted to say the upper and lower radiator hoses, and maybe some other places as well. I want to get real time temp readings and I want to measure the temp drop across the radiator. Does anyone know of such devices? I am trying to avoid high dollar data acquisition gear if possible.
