The deal with the new ULSD is that it shrinks rubber. Shrinking causes leaking. And it is happening on all diesels, new and old.

There are no rubber seals in the 617 engine's IP. So there are no o-rings to be replaced.

Diesel Giant has a DIY IP seal replacment on his site for the later IPs that do have rubber seals.
