Anybody Changed a 124's Front Flex Disc?

I'm about to change (try to change) my W124 front flexdisc and it looks like a bear of a job to me. I can't see any way to get a wrench on the transmission side of the flexdisc to hold the nuts and bolts while turning from the other side. I suppose I could take the entire transmission down but that doesn't sound like fun. Anyone done this before with a few tips on how to remove that flexdisc?
Thanks,
Nick

p.s. Pls See the attached photo of what I'm talking about with tight space.
