What about vacuum leaks INSIDE the carb??? My Solex 4A1 was "professionally" rebuilt too... but it still came back warped.

But seriously.... one thing I
re-learned this weekend is that igntion faults and fuel faults have the same symptoms. What's the condition of your distributor cap, rotor, HT wires, plugs, plug boots, etc.
