Check again. Are you 100% sure you put back the OVP properly ??? You HAVE TO REALLY PUSH THE OVP DOWN INTO the socket for it to seat properly. It should fit tightly in the socket. I learn't it the hard way. I replaced the fuse on my OVP and for a few days I thought I had it replaced. I had the same low rpm and hard start issues till rechecked again...and lone behold the OVP was only half way seated into the socket.
