That's nothing.
The guy who lives across the street from me (and one house over) works at the local Mercedes dealer, Penske Mercedes, in Covina, California.
About a month ago he told me that he wrote up an order for a W140 S500 totalling over $9,000 in repairs and maintenance, and the owner of the car (the original owner) approved it without batting an eyelash.
