The title says it all. We had a huge storm in Toronto 2 days ago and the instrument cluster stopped working. The only thing that is working is the speedometer. I figured that I should let the car dry but it's been 24 hours without rain and still no luck. There is also a faint high pitched noise coming from somewhere.

I can fix a bicycle so this is beyond me now...I'm figuring electrical something. But what?
