I don't recall the measurement in grams but a bottle of Snapple Iced Tea will send my blood glucose up above 180 and it takes over two hours to come back down into the 80s or 90s.
I don't feel like reading the thread again to check your posts but one thing I remember is the protein. You can overdo protein, especially if you are not a kid. Basal Metabolic Rate again, you need enough protein to support your muscle mass, no more. Excess protein is still an excess.
edit: This is a little misleading. The point is to feed the size you should be instead of the size that you are.
If you burp, fart, have indigestion or acid reflux you probably eat too much.
