Not complicated, just very rare. I notice it also comes with the trans and all accesories. The injection pump alone is worth a fortune!
I can't imagine anyone paying that for it as 600's aren't even worth that normally, but restorations are extremely expensive and the finished products have commanded seemingly outragious prices.
The sum of the parts if still available from MB could easily approach that figure.
